Uttar Pradesh UPTET Recruitment 2021 Salary
The basic pay and grades up to the 7th Pay Commission are included in the UPTET compensation. Primary teachers are paid Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-, whereas upper primary teachers are paid Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-. The in-hand compensation varies depending on the school’s location (rural vs. urban), with the main difference being the house-rent allowance.
