According to data from global job site Monster.com, 68% of engineering graduates who are looking for a job report finding opportunities as companies like Infosys, TCS, and CTS hire freshers with an engineering background.
Meanwhile, JEE Advanced toppers prefer to opt for Computer Science and related courses. Because they could not get CSE based on JEE advanced rank, said Professor Rajat Aggarwal, Associate Dean, Innovation and Incubation, IIT Roorkee, and Professor, Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee. However, it has been suggested that CSE education should be incorporated into engineering subjects considering technical placements.
