Infosys New Plan for Work from Home – Here are the Details!! Many Indian IT companies are taking steps to replace the WFH system with a hybrid work model in the future. In that way, many of India’s leading technology companies are inviting their employees to the office for up to 3 days a week. Infosys has started following this hybrid model culture already.
Accordingly, Infosys has allowed its employees to work from home. Regarding this, Infosys CEO Salil Parekh said that the flexible approach for employees who are currently working from home will continue. He noted that this approach was well received by the employees. Meanwhile, like Wipro, Infosys has also taken a crackdown by sacking employees involved in Moonlighting.
Moreover, Infosys plans to introduce a policy to allow its employees to take outside gigs. For this, Infosys has set up a platform called Accelerate, where employees can view internal gig jobs and external projects, said Salil Parekh, CEO of Infosys. Also, Infosys added 10,032 new employees in the second quarter, taking its total workforce to 3.4 lakh.
