Eligibility
- Economist
- A Ph.D. in any of the topics is required: Economics/Banking/Commerce/Economic Policy/Public Policy.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a commercial bank or other public sector organisation is required.
- Income Tax Officer
- A Chartered Accountant is required for this position (preferably passed in 1 attempt).
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Direct Taxation -Supervisor in any Financial Institution/PSU Bank/Private Sector Bank/Big four CA firm/category 1 Chartered Accountant firm prescribed for Bank audit as per RBI guidelines (as of 30.09.2021).
- Information Technology
- A full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronics & Communication, or a Master’s in Computer Application from a University/ Institute recognised by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies is required of the candidate. or
- A full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics/AI & Machine Learning/Digital/Internet Technologies from a reputable/recognized University/Institute is required.
- Certification, diploma, or degree in any aspect of digitization, such as digital transformation, digital product management, and so on. OR
- Certification in Data Analytics, AI & Machine Learning, Digital/Internet Technologies from a reputable/recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience building and launching digital products/platforms in the BSFI sector or Fintech enterprises in a similar function.
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects and digital marketing.
- Managing and leading a digital team is a plus.
- Data Scientist
- The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in statistics/econometrics/mathematics/finance/economics/computer science or a B.E./B.Tech in computer science/IT from an Indian university/institute recognised by the government/AICTE.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the areas of Data Analytics/Data Science/Data Statistics/Data Mining in a commercial bank/financial services organization/IT services company with a financial domain.
- Credit Officer
- The candidate must have finished a full-time regular course in CA/CFA/ACMA/, OR MBA(Finance) from a recognised college/institute.
- JAIIB & CAIIB are preferred further qualifications.
- CA/CFA/ACMA – 3 years and above (Post Qualification Experience) in Corporate Credit Appraisal/Assessment for PSBs, FIs, Credit Rating Agencies, and NBFCs (AUM Rs.10000 crore).
- For MBA(Finance) – 4 years and above (Post Qualification Experience) in Corporate Credit Appraisal / Assessment at PSBs, FIs, Credit Rating Agencies, and NBFCs (AUM Rs.10000 crore).
- Data Engineer
- The candidate must possess a Post Graduate Degree (or equivalent Diploma) in Statistics/Econometrics/Mathematics/Finance/Economics/Computer Science or a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from an Indian university/institute recognised by the government/AICTE.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the areas of data analytics, data science, data statistics, and data mining in a commercial bank, financial services organisation, or IT services company with a financial domain.
- IT Security Analyst
- A Computer Science/IT/ECE Engineering Graduate or MCA/M.Sc. (IT)/M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognised University/Institute is required.
- Certification (required): CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and CEH.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-basic IT experience, with at least 3 years in Ethical Hacking, Red Teaming, Threat Hunting, VAPT, Application Security, and Digital Forensic Analysis.
- IT SOC Analyst
- A Computer Science/IT/ECE Engineering Graduate or MCA/M.Sc. (IT)/M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognised University/Institute is required.
- Certification (required): CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and CEH.
- Minimum of 6 years post-basic IT experience, with at least 3 years in SOC operations such as event analysis, rule generation, automation, asset integration, incident management, monitoring, and compliance.
- Risk Manager
- The candidate must have completed an MBA in Finance or/and Banking or its equivalent, a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking or/and Finance, a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance or its equivalent, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance or its equivalent, or a Post Graduate in Statistics.
- FRM/CFA/Diploma in Risk Management/PRM/Advanced Degree in an Analytical Field FRM/CFA/Diploma in Risk Management/PRM/Advanced Degree in an Analytical Field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Applied Maths, Operations Research, Data Science fields) Certification in SPSS/SAS would be preferable.
- Risk Management/Credit/Treasury/ALM experience of at least 3 years post-qualification is required.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy/Textile/Chemical Engineering is required.
- 3 years of TEV study/project appraisal experience with banks/financial institutions.
- Financial Analyst
