- You will now see the PDF link of the job application reading, “Advertisement for Various district level post under National Health Mission in Thane (1180 KB, PDF).” Click on it.
- You now have downloaded the Application Form cum instruction guide to applying for the vacancy.
- Fill out the Application Form as instructed.
- Download and take a printout of the same.
