SSC has uploaded the SSC MTS Result 2020 on its official website at ssc.nic.in. As per the SSC, a total of 3887 candidates have qualified for the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). To know if you are one of those lucky few, please head to ssc.nic.in to see your SSC MTS Result 2020.
Out of the total 3887 qualified examinees, 3196 are under 18 to 25 years of age while the remaining 691 are under 18 to 27 years of age.
“The candidates who are eligible for both age groups have been first considered in the age group of 18-25 years. The candidates have been shortlisted against the vacancies of only those States/ UTs for which they have given their preference in the online Application Form. Only valid preferences as per the Notice of the Examination have been considered,” the official notification reads.
How to Download the SSC MTS Result 2020-22
- Visit the official website of SSC: ssc.nic.in
- Click on the ‘Result’ Tab available at the top right corner of the Home Page
- Click on the ‘Other’ Section
- Now You will find the SSC MTS Result 2020-22 Link of both age categories; 18-25 and 18-27 age groups
- Click on and download the Age-group result relevant to you.
“Detailed marks of the selected and non-selected candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission shortly,” the SSC notified the media.
Why SSC MTS exam is conducted?
- SSC holds this exam to shortlist candidates for serving in various ministries/departments/offices of the Indian Government on General Central Service Group-C non-gazetted, non-ministerial designations.
- The successful applicants get basic pay of Rs. 5,200-20,200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1,800 as per the 7th pay commission pay matrix.
