OAVS Vacancy 2022 – Eligibility

• Principal
  • The Candidate must have a Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 45% marks in aggregate and B.Ed. 10-year TGT experience or equivalent.
• TGT
  • The Candidate must have Four years integrated Degree course in the concerned subject from any Institution recognized by NCTE with at least 50% marks in aggregate(45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates); OR Bachelor Degree in Arts & Science in the concerned subjects with 50% in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) along with degree in Bachelor in Education/ 3 years integrated B.A B.Ed (a course prescribed by the NCTE) from an Institution recognized by the NCTE and affiliated to a recognized University.
• Physical Education Teacher (PET) (Initial Appointee)
  • The candidate must have a Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Physical Education i.e. B.P.Ed./ M.P.Ed. Proficiency in teaching both in Odia and English medium.
• Librarian
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science OR Graduate with one-year Diploma in Library Science from a recognized institution. Working knowledge in Odia & English.
• Computer Teacher
  • The candidate must have B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or I.T./MCA/M.Sc. I.T/ M.Sc. Computer Science from a recognized University. OR ‘B’ Level of DOEACC / NIELIT in Computer Science from a recognized University. OR B.C.A/B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized University. Competence to teach through English & Odia medium.
• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
  • The candidate must have Two years Integrated post-Graduate Course with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/ SEBC candidates) in relevant subjects OR Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/ SEBC/PH candidates) in any relevant subjects.
