NHB Manager Recruitment 2021 Eligibility

• Assistant Manager (Scale I)
  • A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% (55 percent for SC/ST/PwBD) or a full-time Master’s Degree in any discipline with an aggregate minimum of 55% (50 percent for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognised University, or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
  • Candidates with a Chartered Accountant/CMA/Company Secretary qualification are also eligible to apply.
  • Although no prior experience is required, any relevant experience will be given priority.
  • Written and oral communication skills, analytical capacity, and a comprehensive awareness of the economic situation are all required.
• Deputy Manager (Scale II)
  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • MBA (Finance) is a desirable qualification.
  • 02 years of credit appraisal, audit, and risk management experience in Indian banks/financial institutions/regulatory bodies.
• Regional Manager (Scale IV)
  • Graduate degree, with –
    • (a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or
    • (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute;
  • Desirable educational qualifications:
    • (a) Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute, or
    • (b) Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad, or
    • (c) Designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad.
  • Mandatory experience:
    • 2 years of corporate credit and risk management experience at the level of Manager (Scale – II) or higher in one or more PSBs, or similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entities, with a minimum of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
  • Desirable experience:
    • A good understanding of market risk, liquidity management, and/or operational risk, as well as exposure to analytics, is a plus.
