NALCO Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

• The weighting of minimal marks attained in the qualification, desired qualification, and job experience will be used to make the selection. Candidates with experience in the mining, metallurgical, chemical, power, and manufacturing/production industries will be given extra consideration.
• Group Discussion (75%) and Personal Interview will be used to select candidates for E02/E03/E04/E05 grade positions (25 percent ).
• Only a Personal Interview will be used to select candidates for postings in the E06/E07/E08 grade.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in a group discussion and/or personal interview, as well as organisational requirements and open positions.
• Shortlisted candidates must pass a medical fitness test administered by NALCO’s relevant authority.
