IOCL Apprentices shall be paid a monthly stipend in accordance with the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973/ Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and the Corporation’s recommendations.

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022 Educational Qualification
- Trade Apprentice
- Candidate must have Matric with Regular Full Time ITI course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- Technician Apprentice
- Candiates must have 3 years Diploma in Engineering from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University.
- Trade Apprentice – Accountant
- Candidate must have Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University.
- Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher)
- Candidates must havve Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate)
- Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders)
- Minimum of a 12th grade pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates must have a Skill Certificate for ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ issued by an awarding organisation recognised under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognised by the Central Government for training of less than one year.
- Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher)
- Candidates must havve Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate)
- Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders)
- Minimum of a 12th grade pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates must have a Skill Certificate of ‘Retail Trainee Associate’ given by an awarding organisation recognised under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognised by the Central Government for training of less than one year.
