Salary

Navik (General Duty).
- Basic pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances as per applicable regulations based on nature of duty/place of posting.
Navik (Domestic Branch).
- The basic pay scale for Navik (DB) is Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on the nature of duty/place of posting as per the current regulations.
Yantrik.
- Rs. 29200/- as a basic wage (Pay Level-5). You will also be paid Yantrik pay of Rs.6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances dependent on the nature of duty/place of assignment, as per the existing regulations.

- 10+2 with Math and Physics from a Council of Boards for School Education-recognized education board (COBSE).
Navik (Domestic Branch)
- The Council of Boards for School Education recognises education boards that have passed the 10th Class (COBSE).
Yantrik (Mechanical) ,Yantrik (Electrical) & Yantrik (Electronics)
- “Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years authorised by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)” and “10th class passed from an education board recognised by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE)”
- OR
- “An education board recognised by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) passed the 10th and 12th classes.” AND“All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) approved diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years.”
