GAIL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility criteria
Age limit
Candidate age limit should be a Minimum of 45 years and a maximum of 2 years residual service as of the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Internal candidate and 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Other candidates. The age of superannuation is 60 years.
Education Qualification
The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate / MBA/ Equivalent in Marketing or a related subject with a good academic record from a recognized university/ institution.
The applicant must, on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, be employed in a regular capacity – and not in a contractual/ad-hoc capacity in Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a full-time functional Director in the Board of a CPSE) OR Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services (OR) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the annual turnover is *Rs 10000 crore or more (OR) Private Sector in a company where the annual turnover is *Rs 10000 crore or more and Preference would be given to candidates from listed companies.
Required Experience
The applicant should have at least 5 years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in Marketing/Market Research/Sales/ Business Development at a senior level of management in an organization/establishment.
GAIL Recruitment 2022 Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary of Rs.180000 to Rs.340000/- per month from the respective board. The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as of the date of the vacancy.
