CPCL Recruitment Notification 2022 Qualification:
The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate with good academic record from a recognized university/ Institute. Applicants holding MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have added advantage.
Experience:
The applicant should have technical/ operational experience/exposure in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years have been in Petroleum/Petrochemical sector.
Job Description:
The Director (Operations) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Managing Director. He/She is responsible to ensure safe and proper functioning of Process Units, Power & Utilities, Stock & Oil Movement, Maintenance, Materials, Quality Control, Technical Services and Fire & Safety.
