BRO Recruitment 2021 Educational Qualification

• Vehicle Mechanic
  • Candidate must have Matriculation from a recognized Board.
  • Applicants must have a mechanic’s certificate in motor vehicles, diesel engines, or heat engines.
  • or
  • Having an Industrial Training Institute or comparable mechanic’s certificate in internal combustion engine / tractor;
  • or
  • Having obtained a Defence Trade Certificate from an Army Institute or a similar Defense establishment, or having completed the Vehicle Mechanic Class II Course as prescribed in the Defence Service Regulations (Qualification Regulations for Soldiers) from the Office of Records or Centres or a similar Defence establishment.
• Multi Skilled Worker Painter
  • Candidate must have Matriculation from a recognized Board.
  • Industrial Training Institute Painter Certificate/Industrial Trade Certificate/National Council for Vocational Trades Training/State Council for Vocational Training
  • Or
  • Passed the Class 2 painting course, as specified in the Defence Service Regulations, from the Office of Records/Centres or a similar Defense installation.
  • Should pass a trade proficiency test administered by the Border Roads Organization.
  • Physical exams should be qualified according to the Border Roads Organization’s requirements.
  • According to the Border Roads Organisation’s criteria, physical and medical standards must be met.
• Multi Skilled Worker (Mess Waiter)
  • Candidate must have Matriculation from a recognized Board.
  • Should pass a trade proficiency test administered by the Border Roads Organization.
  • Physical exams should be qualified according to the Border Roads Organization’s requirements.
  • According to the Border Roads Organisation’s criteria, physical and medical standards must be met.
• Driver Mechanical Transport (OG)
  • A Matriculation from a recognised Board is required of the candidate.
  • Having a heavy-duty vehicle driver’s licence:

  • Having completed a class III Driver Plant Mechanical Transport Course as outlined in the Defence Service Regulations (Qualification Regulations for Soldiers) from the Office of Records or Centres or a similar Defense establishment.
