Applicant must read the instructions for submission carefully and ensure that the application is submitted successfully and transaction.
Candidates must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology and Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University* with Two years full time regular Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social Work.
Applicants do not exceed the Maximum Age Limit of 29 Years (Candidates born before 01/09/1993 are not eligible to apply). Upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to the SC/ST: – by 5 years and OBC (NCL): – by 3 years.
Selection will be based on Computer Based Examination. After this, candidates belonging to EWS/OBC/SC/ST categories, which are not shortlisted for interview under UR category, shall be regrouped with their respective categories for further consideration and candidates will be called for interview in prescribed ratio of 1:5 in their respective categories.
After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/Executives in the scale of pay of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- with a basic pay of Rs 60,000/-. The final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of 75% weightage to Computer Based Examination Score & 25% weightage to Interview Score.
